Retired Lt. Col. Bill "Shortfinger" Schwertgege, an F-4 Phantom pilot and Vietnam War POW, points to Neil S. Bynums Name on the Woodring Wall of Honor, at Woodring Regional Airport, Enid Oklahoma. The Woodring Wall was won of the two traveling Vietnam War Memorial Walls. it is a 90 percent replica of the original memorial in Washington D.C. it found a permenant home in Enid in 2013.
